The following includes a Disclaimer notice plus terms and conditions related to participating in current and any future Dance classes with Preeti Mutha and or Chaitrali Chitre or any Raga & Rhythm Dance Academy Limited Instructors and the company itself.
Terms and conditions
- The schedule is subject to change and the change in time, date will be notified in advance.
- The person attending understand, acknowledges and accepts that there could be a possibility of injury and a risk of accident while performing physical activities and Team Raga & Rhythm or any of its employees/ directors/ instructors will not be responsible or liable for any medical expenses or claims.
- Please consult your doctor before joining if you suffer with any medical conditions.
- You should be in a physical condition where you are able to participate in any form of dance and related activities. You should understand that in certain circumstances (e.g. if you are carrying an injury, disclosed or otherwise) that some activities may be unsuitable for you. In this instance, you should seek medical guidance and consult with your GP before beginning any of these activities or around making reasonable adjustments or modifications to the material before undertaking the activity.
- You also acknowledge that participation in the dance classes offered involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other injuries. I understand and accept these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in the dance classes.
- In consideration to this, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Preeti Mutha/ Chaitrali Chitre (Raga & Rhythm Dance Academy Limited) dance class, its instructors, staff, agents, representatives, and any associated sponsors from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, injuries, damages, expenses, including attorney fees, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the dance classes.
- The credit can be forwarded upto two Classes.
